Follow the steps below to begin a new research project at the Cornell NanoScale Facility (CNF):
- Contact the CNF User Program.
Email the CNF User Program to connect with a User Program Manager (Chris Alpha, Michael Skvarla, or Jeremy Clark). Include a brief overview of your research idea, including materials and dimensions, so that the User Program acan assess the feasibility of your proposed project at the CNF.
- Submit a Project Proposal (PI Required)
- The PI will need to electronically submit a Project Proposal.
- External projects only: A corporate officer at your institution or company must approve the project proposal submission electronically.
- (External Users Only) Submit a Purchase Order to CNF Accounting
Email CNF Accounting a purchase order for billing purposes to activate your project account.
